Responsibilities:

• Reviews financial reports, process and procedures to ensure compliance with the organization's requirements
• Reviews, analyzes, revises and formulates policies, guidelines, process and procedures for the corporation
• Presents findings and recommendations and facilitate the implementation of cost-effective solutions
• Performs special projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam),
  Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree on Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business
  Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent
• At least 5 year(s) work experience in a related field
• Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Corporate Strategy/Top Management or equivalent
• Willing to work full time and be given assignments to affiliate offices
