IT Technical Officer (National Capital Reg - Ortigas Center)
Provides management leadership in the design, development and delivery of technology-enabled applications, products and services
within a computing systems environment. Provides solutions to technical issues, and is responsible for meeting development schedules and ensuring the delivered solution meets the technical specifications and design requirements
Leads / participates in / and provides input into the design, re-design and development of technology products and applications
Contributes to and often leads the specification and software design phases of the software development life cycle
Manages the design and implementation of new software development and enhancement efforts, and coordinates systems installation
and software testing, either internally developed or externally bought
Supports and assists users with the isolation and resolution of software issues
Conducts root-cause analyses, communicates options for resolution and provides recommendations to customer-facing technology
Provides technology-enabled solutions to address complex business concerns;
Works closely with other information technologists to produce high-quality, IT-enabled applications, products and services. Responsible for the overall technical implementation of applications, and frequently interact with internal and external business contacts
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering
(Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.)
At least 3 year(s) work experience in the related field is required for this position.
Willing to work in Ortigas Center.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database
Admin or equivalent.
Willing to work for extended hours, including weekends and holidays on a full time basis
