IT Technical Officer
(National Capital Reg - Ortigas Center)

Responsibilities:

  • Provides management leadership in the design, development and delivery of technology-enabled applications, products and services within a computing systems environment. Provides solutions to technical issues, and is responsible for meeting development schedules and ensuring the delivered solution meets the technical specifications and design requirements
  • Leads / participates in / and provides input into the design, re-design and development of technology products and applications
  • Contributes to and often leads the specification and software design phases of the software development life cycle
  • Manages the design and implementation of new software development and enhancement efforts, and coordinates systems installation and software testing, either internally developed or externally bought
  • Supports and assists users with the isolation and resolution of software issues
  • Conducts root-cause analyses, communicates options for resolution and provides recommendations to customer-facing technology problems
  • Provides technology-enabled solutions to address complex business concerns;
  • Works closely with other information technologists to produce high-quality, IT-enabled applications, products and services. Responsible for the overall technical implementation of applications, and frequently interact with internal and external business contacts

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.)
  • At least 3 year(s) work experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Willing to work in Ortigas Center.
  • Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database
    Admin or equivalent.
  • Willing to work for extended hours, including
    weekends and holidays on a full time basis
