Mega Sardines Quick Spaghetti

Ingredients:

2 (155g) cans of Mega Sardines in Spanish Style – Soya Oil Set
Aside
-
¼ kilo spaghetti noodles

1 medium-sized garlic.chopped
-
1 medium-sized onion, chopped
-
1 cup cherry or regular tomatoes
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
red pepper flakes
-
parsley, chopped
-
salt and pepper
Procedure:
- Cook spaghetti as per
packaging instructions.
- Meanwhile, in a sauce pan,
saute some garlic & onion in a generous amount of soya oil (from the Spanish
Sardines).
- Add a few pieces of
Sardines and leave some pieces for topping.
- Add the cherry tomatoes.
Otherwise, diced regular tomatoes (deseeded) will do.
- Season with salt and
pepper. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
- Let it simmer for a few
minutes.
- Toss the cooked pasta in
the sauce.
- Add small amount of olive
oil. Sprinkle with some chopped parsley.
- Transfer to the serving
dish. Top with whole sardines. Garnish with more parsley and red pepper
flakes.
