Mega Sardines with Flaky Empanada

Fillings :

2 can of Mega Green Sardines mixed with sweet mixed pickles
hardboiled egg
chopped red or green bell pepper
a teaspoon of oyster sauce
cubed fried potatoes
1 box raisins
green peas (optional). Dough:3 cups all purpose flour, sifted
1 whole egg, slightly beaten
1 T sugar
½ t. salt
¾ cup water, about

Roll - in Paste :

1 cup all purpose flour, sifted
½ cup butter

Procedure :

For the dough - Sift flour in a bowl. Make a well in center and add egg, sugar and salt. Sprinkle water while you work with the dough. Make soft dough. Divide dough into 3. Form into a ball. Set aside for 10 minutes.the Roll-in Paste

For the Roll-in Paste - In another bowl, sift flour and rub in butter just to combine. Gather it into a ball and divide into 3. Set aside.

Get one piece of dough. Enclose 1 roll-in paste. Seal. Rest for a while. Flatten the rested dough with roll-in paste. Make a slit on one side. Roll and shape dough into a cone. Rest again. Fold the pointed edge of dough. Flatten dough again to make a rectangular shape. Set aside to rest. Roll like a jelly roll. Form into a baston. Divide. Get one piece and fill with prepared meat filling. Deep fry until golden brown. Serve hot.
