Mega Sardines Omelet

Ingredients:

  • 2 (155g) cans Mega Sardines in Natural Oil (Sauce Set Aside)

  • 1 tbsp cooking oil

  • 3 pcs eggs, beaten

  • ½ cup of mushrooms, sliced

  • parsely, chopped

  • salt to taste

Procedure:

  1. Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the beaten eggs with salt for 15 sec.
  3. Flip omelet over and continue to cook for 10 sec.
  4. Add the Mega Sardines (Meat) and mushrooms. Cook for another 15 sec.
  5. Remove pan from heat
  6. Add some chopped parsely for garnishing.
  7. Ready to serve.
