Mega Melt Pizza

Procedure :

Suspend yeast in lukewarm water until bubbly with sugar. Add the initial 1 cup flour. Stir to blend. Set aside to rise until double in bulk. Punch down and add rest of ingredients. Knead dough until smooth. Form into a ball. Grease top and cover with damp cloth. Set aside to rise again until double in bulk. Punch down after an hour. Flatten with rolling pin and get the size of Family Pizza or divide crust and flatten with a rolling pin. Prick surface to let out steam during baking. Brush with oil and spread tomato sauce. Arrange flaked Mega Sardines 2 cans (drained), garnish with green or red pepper, sliced. 1/2 meduim onion, sliced, 1/4 cup sliced button mushroom, 1/4 cup pineapple tidbits and sprinkle top with 1/2 grated quickmelt cheese.
