Mega Sardines Shanghai Rolls

Ingredients:
2 cans Mega Green Sardines (sauce set aside)
3 Tbsp. Carrots chopped
2 Tbsp. Singkamas chopped
1 Tbsp. Onion chopped
1 tsp. Kinchay minced
pinch of salt
dash of seasoning
1 pc. Egg
10 pcs. Lumpia wrapper
1 cup cooking oil
Procedures:
In a bowl mix all 8 ingredients. Prepare lumpia wrapper. Wrap shanghai
fillings with Lumpia wrapper. Deep fry. Cut into desired length.
Sauce :
Mix 5 cloves garlic minced, 5 T catsup, 1 T vinegar, 1 T sugar add salt and pepper to taste.
