Mega Sardines Spaghetti
Ingredients:
500 g. Spaghetti Pasta
3 cans Mega Green Sardines
1 can Botton Mushroom cut into 4 halves
500 g. Hotdog cut in desired sizes
6 cloves garlic minced
2 medium size onion
1 small can tomato sauce
1 bottle catsup
3 tsp. Soy sauce
dash of seasoning (Ajinomoto)
1 ½ cup water or broth
1 Tbsp. Butter
3 Tbsp. Oil
½ cup grated cheese
Procedures:
Cook pasta spaghetti separately. Cook pasta until Al dente. In a sauce pan pour oil and butter then sauté garlic, onions, Mega Sardines, button mushroom and hotdogs; simmer for about 2 minutes. Then followed by tomato sauce, catsup, soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Let it boil for 2 minutes. Pour cheese and sugar for desired sweetness.
