- 4 cans Mega Sardines in Tomato Sauce 155g
(drained and reserve the sauce)
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese,
grated - 1/2 cup flour
- cocktail sauce
Procedure:
- Combine tomato sauce and
Mega Sardines sauce in a bowl.
- Combine crumbs and cheese in
separate plate.
- Roll Sardines in flour, and dip in Tomato
Sauce and roll in crumbs.
- Place in a fry basket. Deep fry until golden
brown and drain.
- Place in a plate and ready to serve.
