- 2 cans of Mega Sardines in Tomato Sauce 155g
- 3 tbsp carrots chopped
- 2 tbsp singkamas chopped
- 1 tbsp onion chopped
- 1 tsp kinchay minced
- pinch of salt
- dash of seasoning
- 1 pc. Egg
- 10 pcs. Lumpia wrapper
- 1 cup cooking oil
Procedure:
- Preheat grill.
- In a bowl mix all 8 ingredients.
- Prepare lumpia wrapper. Wrap shanghai
- fillings with Lumpia wrapper. Deep fry. Cut into desired length.
Sauce:
- Mix 5 cloves garlic minced, 5 T catsup, 1 T vinegar, 1 T sugar add salt and pepper to taste.
