- 1 1/2 cup Mega Sardines in Tomato Sauce
with Chili, sauce set aside.
- 1 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 8 pcs. lettuce leaves
- 1 cup baconbits
Spread:
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 eggs, egg white set aside
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- Pepper to taste
Procedure:
- Put 1 tbsp of spread in the taco shells.
- Stuff with lettuce leaves, sardines flakes, bacon bits and grated cheese.
- Toast for 2 minutes in an oven toaster.
