- 2 cans of Mega Sardines in
Tomato Sauce 155g (sauce set aside)
- 25g butter
- 1/4 cup olives, chopped
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. parsley, chopped,
extra for garnish
- 4 thick slices ciabatta
or slices of pandesal
Procedure:
- Preheat grill.
- Mix the butter, chopped olives lemon juice
and chopped parsley in a bowl.
- Season to taste
- Toast the bread
- Put the sardines on a baking tray and grill.
- Place the toasted bread in a plate, then spread with butter and top with grilled sardines.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
